What does it really mean to contribute to a better world?
In The World of Liesbet, I explore this question through conversations with researchers, entrepreneurs, artists, coaches, leaders, dreamers and changemakers. Together, we talk about purpose, agency, creativity, leadership, connection and the personal journeys that shape who we become.
These conversations are not only about what people do, but about who they are, what drives them, and what they are still learning along the way.

Why I Started This Podcast
One of the questions that has followed me throughout my life is:
What makes meaningful change possible?
As a researcher, I often explore this question through data, networks and systems. But over time, I became increasingly interested in the human side of change.
Who are the people helping to shape the future?
What gives them hope when things are difficult?
What drives them to keep going?
And what can we learn from their stories?
This podcast started as an invitation to explore these questions through conversation.
Not because I believe my guests have all the answers.
But because I believe there is wisdom in the experiences, doubts, hopes and lessons we collect along the way.
Each conversation is an opportunity to slow down, listen deeply and learn together.
